About the role
Parfums Christian Dior seeks a visionary Regional Client Development Manager to lead CRM strategy across the Middle East, Africa, Turkey and India. You will shape data‑driven client journeys, integrate loyalty initiatives and elevate the omnichannel experience for a luxury beauty audience.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement a regional CRM strategy aligned with global brand objectives for nine markets.
- Set annual KPI targets, manage the CRM budget and develop a roadmap covering loyalty programs, client segmentation, NPS and clienteling use cases.
- Collaborate with e‑business, retail and marketing teams to embed CRM initiatives within the broader omnichannel framework.
- Lead the evolution of the Loyalty Program, monitor performance, and drive client retention and engagement.
- Oversee CRM communications across email, WhatsApp, clienteling, events and loyalty activations.
- Support POS and Very Important Customer (VIC) events with precise client targeting and consistent brand tone.
- Define regional guidelines for gifting and Gift‑With‑Purchase (GWP) initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven leadership in luxury CRM or client development with a strategic, data‑driven mindset.
- Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and omnichannel integration.
- Strong collaborative skills to work across e‑business, retail and marketing functions.
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs and multi‑market projects.
