Regional Director - Architecture & Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Director to lead and expand our Architecture & Engineering practice in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the international leadership team, you will own the growth and performance of the Abu Dhabi business, strengthening client relationships and driving new opportunities across multiple disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall growth and profitability of the Abu Dhabi office.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with developers, real‑estate owners and other key clients.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the region.
• Oversee delivery of multidisciplinary projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Collaborate closely with senior partners and global resources to support local teams.

Required profile

• Extensive network within the Abu Dhabi developer and real‑estate market.
• Proven track record of winning and developing work with major clients.
• Experience at Director, Regional Director or equivalent senior level.
• Background in architecture or engineering, preferably within a multidisciplinary consultancy.
• Strong commercial leadership combined with a solid understanding of project delivery.
• Significant experience working in the UAE or wider GCC region.
