Regional Food Commercial Leader – Marketing & Business Development

About the role

The Regional Food Commercial Leader supports the Regional Food Commercial Manager in delivering IKEA's food strategy across the region. This role ensures food offerings meet quality, safety and environmental standards while driving visitor attraction, customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate food initiatives into the commercial calendar in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan, conduct and follow‑up on commercial performance reviews, acting on insights to achieve excellence.
• Implement a common food commercial framework and KPIs, adapting to local legislation.
• Lead food experience improvements and drive innovation within the IKEA Food department.
• Use reporting tools such as Navision and the Functional Commercial Review to monitor and develop the food business.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in food commercial, marketing or business development roles.
• Strong commercial competence with a proven ability to close performance gaps.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with store food teams and corporate offices.
• Understanding of food safety, quality and environmental requirements.
