Regional Head – Al Ain Center (UAE Nationals)

About the role

Lead the Al Ain region for ADCB, overseeing all operational activities, driving growth, and ensuring high‑quality service for UAE national employees and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop UAE national staff through coaching, direction and resource allocation.
• Lead all operational activities across branches and support units in Al Ain, collaborating with senior management on regional growth initiatives.
• Oversee RM‑related support for CIBG clients, Tamooha Operations and the work hub to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Develop and implement regional strategies, monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, SOP adherence, capacity planning and audit readiness.
• Represent the bank in community initiatives, CSR and local forums to strengthen brand trust.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of people‑management and leadership experience, preferably in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of banking systems, loan processing, limits and collaterals.
• Experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks in the UAE/GCC.
