Regional Health & Safety Manager

About the role

Iron Mountain is seeking a Regional Health & Safety Manager to lead and coordinate health, safety, quality, and environmental programs across its warehouse and logistics operations in the assigned region. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure safe handling, storage, and movement of assets while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site‑based risk assessments and develop tailored standard operating procedures for warehouses, logistics nodes, and transportation networks.
• Partner with operations, transportation leads, external vendors, and real‑estate teams to manage incident response, perform root‑cause investigations, and improve safety infrastructure.
• Monitor key performance indicators, generate compliance reports, and lead internal audits to align with regulatory requirements and international standards.
• Oversee third‑party guarding services and ensure they adhere to the organization’s safety protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in health, safety, quality, and environment management within logistics or warehousing environments.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation across multiple countries.
• Professional certification such as NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, and a relevant bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.
