Regional Logistics & Fleet Specialist

About the role

INEOS Automotive is seeking a Regional Logistics & Fleet Specialist to manage end‑to‑end import and export logistics as well as the vehicle fleet lifecycle across Sub‑Saharan Africa and the Middle East. The role will ensure timely, cost‑efficient delivery of vehicles and parts while maintaining compliance and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate air and sea freight, customs compliance, and supplier management for vehicle and parts shipments.
• Maintain fleet administration, including vehicle loans, hand‑over processes, and maintenance tracking.
• Process logistics transactions in SAP and raise purchase requisitions in line with budgetary limits.
• Provide regular reporting on sales, logistics progress, and cost efficiency.
• Liaise with internal teams (Aftersales, Finance, Operations, Commercial, Shipping) and external logistics providers.
• Support the creation and ongoing management of operational processes for planning, tracking, and reporting.

Required profile

• Experience in international logistics, import/export, and fleet management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple regions.
• Excellent coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
