Regional Sales Manager - Hospitality Interiors & FF&E

About the role

PlaceUp is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead business growth in the hotel and resort hospitality interiors, FF&E and joinery sectors. The role covers developing regional sales strategies, managing key client relationships and driving revenue through partnerships with hotel operators, procurement companies, consultants and interior designers. It is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies across GCC markets to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new business with hotel operators, consultants and procurement firms.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
• Lead presentations, proposals and negotiations to secure major contracts.
• Work with design, production and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming projects.
• Represent the company at major industry exhibitions and networking events such as Hotel Show and INDEX Dubai.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within hospitality interiors, FF&E or fit-out.
• Established network in the hotel, hospitality and design sector in the GCC.
• Proven ability to develop strategy and close high-value deals.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence required.
