Registered Assistant Nurse – Home Health (Northern Emirates)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai supports Home Health services across the Northern Emirates. As a Registered Assistant Nurse you will deliver high‑quality nursing and personal care to patients in their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and administer prescribed treatments.
• Assist with daily living activities and provide medication reminders.
• Perform wound care, including dressing changes and basic wound assessment.
• Document patient status, report changes in condition, and coordinate care with senior nursing and medical staff.
• Educate patients and families on home care practices, infection prevention and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care.

Required profile

• Valid nursing registration or license as required by UAE regulations.
• Strong nursing knowledge of clinical procedures and patient assessment.
• Foundational medicine understanding to follow care plans.
• Home care experience with a compassionate, person‑centered approach.
• Ability to travel within the Northern Emirates and work flexible schedules.
• Excellent communication, cultural sensitivity and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to ethical, patient‑centered practice and infection‑control standards.
