About the role

We are seeking a Registered Midwife to join our team in Sharjah, supporting our commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate patient care.

Key responsibilities

Support and demonstrate NMC Nursing Mission, Vision, and Values.
Work collaboratively with other team members.
Uphold and live the NMC Nursing Strategy.
Provide safe, compassionate, and individualized care to patients and bystanders at all times.

Required profile

Registered Midwife qualification.
Commitment to safety, excellence, ethics, trust and collaboration.
Patient advocacy and transparent communication.
Contribution to a learning culture and outstanding patient experience.
