Registered Midwife – VIP Service

About the role

Lead the delivery of a seamless, premium maternity journey by fully supporting the patient throughout antenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum phases, providing high‑quality, patient‑centric, evidence‑based midwifery care while complying with ethical and professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team according to clinical standards and legislation.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions.
• Facilitate a positive VIP patient experience through concierge and experience management services.
• Utilise stock and equipment efficiently according to Mediclinic guidelines.
• Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Midwifery or Nursing with a Midwifery Diploma.
• Minimum 5 years hands‑on experience in antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care.
• At least 2 years experience in VIP maternity services or client‑facing coordination.
• Relevant life‑support courses (NRP, PROMPT, Advanced CTG).

Required skills

• Basic Arabic language skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
