Registered Nurse – Clinic/Outpatient

About the role

The Registered Nurse – Clinic/Outpatient will join Mediclinic Al Mamora in Abu Dhabi, delivering patient‑centred nursing care within an outpatient setting. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality, evidence‑based care and a safe environment for all patients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care in line with clinical standards, legislation and company policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and support staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Identify, prevent and manage clinical risks to maintain patient safety.
• Promote positive patient experiences by creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
• Mentor and coach junior staff and learners, contributing to a continuous learning culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a valid BLS certification.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience in your home country.
• At least two years of experience in a multidisciplinary outpatient or clinic setting.
• UAE experience is desirable.

Required skills

• Basic Arabic language proficiency.
• Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
