Registered Nurse – Dubai Clinic

About the role

DNA Health & Wellness Group Middle East is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to join its modern community‑based clinic in Dubai. The role involves delivering safe, evidence‑based nursing care across health, wellness, aesthetics, and home‑care services while supporting patients and families throughout their care journey.

Key responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, record vital signs, and monitor clinical status.
• Administer medications, injections, and assist with minor diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, ensure infection‑control standards, and maintain a safe clinical environment.
• Document patient encounters accurately using electronic medical records.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate follow‑up appointments and continuity of care.

Required profile

• Current Registered Nurse license eligible for registration in the United Arab Emirates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Proven experience in outpatient, primary‑care, wellness or similar settings; experience in aesthetics or home‑care is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a patient‑centered attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays as required.

Required skills

• CPR/BLS certification.
• ACLS or equivalent advanced cardiac life support certification.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and control practices.
• Competence in vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
