About the role

The Registered Nurse – ER will join NMC Healthcare’s emergency department in Dubai, delivering safe, compassionate, and individualized care to every patient. This role embodies NMC’s nursing vision, mission, and values, ensuring excellence in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care to emergency department patients.
Advocate for patients, ensuring their rights and needs are met.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.
Uphold NMC Nursing Strategy and core values of safety, excellence, ethics, trust, and collaboration.
Contribute to an outstanding patient experience and a learning culture.
Lead and influence improvements in healthcare delivery within the ER.

Required profile

Registered Nurse with a valid UAE nursing license.
Experience working in an emergency department or similar high‑acuity setting.
Commitment to safety, ethical practice, and compassionate patient care.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to engage in continuous learning and quality improvement.
