Registered Nurse – Home Care

About the role

WhizzHR is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality, personalized nursing care to patients in their homes across Dubai. The role involves comprehensive clinical assessments, medication administration, and supporting patient recovery while ensuring safety and dignity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and wound care as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and medical equipment, documenting any changes.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication adherence, and home safety.
• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and allied health professionals.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care interventions when needed.
• Maintain compliance with DHA/MOH/DOH guidelines and infection‑control standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid DHA/MOH/DOH nursing license.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home care or community health.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred).
• Medication administration, including IV therapy.
• Wound care management.
