About the role

The Royal Women Hospital Abu Dhabi is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its multidisciplinary team. You will provide comprehensive patient care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals in a dynamic hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient care across various clinical settings.
• Perform systematic patient assessments, re‑assessments and document vital signs.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized care plans with the interprofessional team.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Provide wound‑care management and assist with invasive and non‑invasive procedures.
• Facilitate safe patient admission, transfer and discharge processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date clinical skills and adhere to regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Valid registered nurse license issued by the UAE health authority.
• Relevant nursing qualifications and experience as mandated by local regulations.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
