About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team at IBO Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high‑quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety while delivering personalized care services in a clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following safety and medical protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions by observing vital signs, symptoms, and behaviors.
• Assist physicians in performing diagnostic tests, medical procedures, and other treatments.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and after‑care.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date patient records in compliance with regulatory and hospital policies.
• Provide emotional support and respond promptly to patient needs to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices.
• Adhere to IBO Medical Center’s standards of care and ethical guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Experience in gynecology specialty is preferred.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the relevant health authority.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, nursing procedures, and patient care techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and patient‑care excellence.
