Registered Nurse – Long‑Term Care

About the role

Amana Healthcare, part of the M42 network, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality nursing care for residents in its long‑term care facilities. The role focuses on delivering safe, compassionate, and person‑centered care to individuals with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or age‑related conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care based on individualized care plans.
• Perform health assessments, monitor vital signs, and evaluate changes in residents’ conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Coordinate and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses and nursing assistants.
• Educate residents and families about care plans, medications, and health conditions.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety policies, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
• Advocate for resident rights, dignity, and person‑centered care.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in medical/surgical or ICU settings.
• Valid DOH or DHA nursing license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
