Registered Nurse - LTC

About the role

Provita International Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join its Long‑Term Care (LTC) team in Al Ain. You will provide comprehensive patient care, education, and emotional support while collaborating with physicians and allied health professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop and monitor individualized care plans.
• Perform systematic assessments, record vital signs, and recognize abnormalities.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and monitor for reactions.
• Provide wound‑care management and support pain management strategies.
• Assist with invasive and non‑invasive medical procedures.
• Facilitate safe patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Participate in performance improvement and quality initiatives.
• Maintain essential nursing skills, including Basic Life Support.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification with licensure to practice.
• Experience in long‑term or acute care settings preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within an interprofessional team.
• Strong communication skills for patient education and family support.
