Registered Nurse – Newborn Care (Dubai)

About the role

Join the inaugural clinical team at Gentle Procedures Dubai, a specialist circumcision clinic launching in Jumeirah. As a Registered Nurse you will provide calm, compassionate care to newborns and their families during a highly emotional procedure, turning anxious moments into trusted experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Comfort and safely handle newborns while reassuring parents.
• Explain the procedure in clear, warm language in English and, if possible, Arabic.
• Observe parent cues and adjust the care environment to maintain safety and peace of mind.
• Collaborate closely with the physician, anticipating steps and ensuring seamless workflow.
• Identify and implement small improvements that enhance family confidence.

Required profile

• Active DHA licence as a Registered Nurse (non‑negotiable).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and/or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are strong advantages.
• Demonstrated experience and genuine comfort working with newborns and paediatric patients.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and convey calm to families.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (preferred).
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (preferred).
• DHA Registered Nurse licence.
