About the role
Provide and coordinate patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care in the OPD Gyne department, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and Mediclinic.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team according to clinical standards and legislation.
- Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies.
- Create a positive patient experience by fostering a conducive environment under nursing leadership.
- Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum two years OPD Gyne experience assisting physicians with procedures such as colposcopy, antenatal and postnatal assessment, and CTG monitoring. UAE experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Basic Arabic language skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
