About the role
Provide and coordinate patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care in the Outpatient Department of Mediclinic Al Ain Hospital, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team according to clinical standards and legislation.
- Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
- Create a positive patient experience by fostering a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
- Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence and a learning environment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (essential).
- At least two years of OPD experience, including team‑lead responsibilities and familiarity with procedures and treatment rooms.
