Registered Nurse - OPD

About the role

Mediclinic Dubai Hills is hiring one Registered Nurse for its OPD in Dubai, UAE. The nurse provides and coordinates patient-centred, evidence-based nursing care while complying with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies and procedures.
• Create a conducive environment for positive patient experiences under nursing leadership.
• Build employee competence by supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• At least two years of recent OPD experience.
• Experience in the UAE.
• Preference given to designated groups under the UAE Emiratization program; all applicants are considered.

Required skills

• Basic Arabic language skills.
• Knowledge of patient safety standards.
• Computer literacy and MS Office.
• English verbal and written communication.
