Registered Nurse – Operating Theatre (Day Surgery)

About the role

HealthHub Day Surgery Centre, part of Al‑Futtaim Health, is seeking an experienced Operating Theatre Registered Nurse to join its modern surgical team in Dubai Festival City. You will deliver high‑quality peri‑operative care across a range of specialties while working in a purpose‑built, technology‑enabled environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe peri‑operative nursing care before, during and after surgery.
• Prepare operating theatres, instruments, equipment and consumables.
• Support surgeons and anaesthetists as a scrub or circulating nurse.
• Conduct patient assessments, maintain accurate documentation and monitor patients throughout the surgical journey.
• Ensure compliance with surgical safety checklists and infection‑prevention standards.
• Participate in audits, quality‑improvement activities and continuing education programmes.
• Assist with theatre stock management and equipment maintenance.

Required profile

• DHA‑licensed Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum 5 years operating‑theatre experience, with scrub or circulating exposure.
