Registered Nurse – Pediatrics (Tagalog Speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse with inpatient pediatrics experience to provide high-quality, family‑centered care to children admitted to our unit. The role involves comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized nursing care while ensuring safety and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence‑based nursing care to pediatric patients with diverse medical, surgical, or rehabilitation needs.
• Monitor and record vital signs, growth, and development; promptly report changes to physicians.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to prescribed protocols.
• Assist with diagnostic tests, procedures, and post‑procedure care.
• Educate and support families on conditions, treatment plans, and home care.
• Maintain accurate medical records, care plans, and interventions.
• Follow infection‑control protocols and ensure a safe, child‑friendly environment.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies, providing advanced life support or CPR as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training, quality‑improvement initiatives, and evidence‑based practice.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Valid nursing license as required by regulatory authorities.
• Minimum 2–3 years of inpatient pediatric nursing experience.
• Experience in critical care pediatrics or rehabilitation is an advantage.
• Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
