About the role

Royal Hospital Dubai Investment Park is looking for a Registered Nurse who will embody NMC Healthcare’s vision of clinical excellence. The role focuses on delivering safe, compassionate and individualized care to every patient, every time, while upholding the organisation’s mission and core values of safety, excellence, ethics, trust and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members to ensure safe and outstanding patient care.
Do the right thing by providing ethical, transparent and patient‑centred care.
Act as the patient’s advocate, recognising each patient’s uniqueness and needs.
Deliver compassionate care consistently, contributing to an exceptional patient experience.
Engage with and contribute to a learning culture that promotes continuous improvement.
Lead and influence positive changes in healthcare delivery within the hospital.
Uphold the NMC Nursing Strategy and values in all interactions with patients and their families.
