Registered Nurse – Quality & Clinical Care

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Abu Dhabi clinic, combining hands‑on patient care with a strong focus on quality assurance and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary sports and musculoskeletal team, ensuring the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and conduct quality audits, ensuring compliance with Department of Health (DOH) and Ministry of Health regulations.
• Oversee infection control protocols across all clinic sites and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain and optimise electronic medical record (EMR) systems, guaranteeing accurate documentation.
• Support clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a sports and MSK environment.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, chiropractors and other specialists to uphold DISC’s clinical standards.

Required profile

• DOH‑registered nurse with a valid licence.
• BSc in Nursing and at least 5 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Proven experience in quality control, clinical audits and health‑regulation compliance.
• Strong knowledge of infection control practices.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and solid administrative abilities.
• BLS certification and excellent communication skills.
