Registered Nurse – Radiotherapy (Radiation Oncology)

About the role

The Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse specialised in Radiotherapy/Radiation Oncology to provide patient‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality treatment delivery while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team, adhering to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
• Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with clinical risk policies and procedures.
• Promote positive patient experiences by creating a supportive environment under nursing leadership guidance.
• Foster a learning environment by supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Valid Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience in the candidate’s home country.
• At least two years of recent experience as a Radiotherapy or Radiation Oncology Nurse.
• UAE experience is desirable.

Required skills

• ACLS certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
