Registered Nurse‑IP (Tagalog Speaking)

About the role

The Czech Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Tagalog‑speaking Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Inpatient Unit. The RN will deliver high‑quality nursing care to patients recovering from illness, injury or surgery, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess needs, develop care plans and support rehabilitation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, vital‑sign monitoring and assistance with daily activities.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of physical, emotional and social needs to create individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment.
• Educate patients and families on health management, rehabilitation processes and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in line with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Ensure a safe therapeutic environment by following infection‑control and safety protocols.
• Advocate for patients’ preferences and needs within the healthcare system.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Required profile

• Active DOH, DHA or MOH nursing license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous experience in rehabilitation or acute‑care settings is advantageous.
• Strong critical‑thinking, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment.
