Relationship Manager – Commercial & Corporate Banking

About the role

Graystone Capital is expanding its Commercial and Corporate Banking teams in Dubai. The Relationship Manager will own a portfolio of commercial or corporate clients, originate new business and lead transactions from initial meeting through to disbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Source and develop new commercial and corporate clients across the UAE and wider region.
• Understand each client’s business, cash flow and funding needs and recommend appropriate financing structures.
• Structure and arrange funded and non‑funded facilities through partner banks and financial institutions.
• Prepare credit proposals, information memoranda and financial analysis for lenders.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with lenders and manage each deal through approval, documentation and disbursement.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio through cross‑selling, renewals and limit increases.
• Monitor client accounts, covenants and renewals, ensuring compliance with KYC, AML and internal standards.

Required profile

• 5 to 10 years’ experience in commercial or corporate banking with a proven track record of origination.
• Established network of clients and banking relationships in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting or related field (MBA, CFA a plus).
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of OPEX and CAPEX financing products, both conventional and Shariah‑compliant.
• Working knowledge of financial statements and credit analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
