Relationship Manager - Edge

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Edge will develop new business among high‑net‑worth individuals and business professionals. You will build market position by locating, defining, negotiating and closing banking relationships while ensuring compliance with CBI policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions.
• Promote and sell banking products such as loans, credit cards, accounts and investment services to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct regular client meetings, follow‑ups and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities, propose market studies and select suitable action plans for short‑ and medium‑term goals.
• Participate in CBI outdoor activities, road shows, joint promotions and presentations to promote products and services.
• Ensure compliance with internal/external audit requirements, CBUAE and other regulatory requests.

Required profile

• University degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the retail banking sector.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking policies, procedures and sales techniques.
• Ability to work with multicultural clients and pay attention to detail.
