Relationship Manager - Elite Banking

About the role

At RAKBANK, the Relationship Manager – Elite Banking will acquire, manage and grow relationships with affluent and high‑net‑worth clients, delivering tailored financial, wealth and lending solutions. The role focuses on building long‑term partnerships, driving portfolio growth and ensuring an exceptional Elite Banking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire, manage and grow a portfolio of affluent and high‑net‑worth clients across liabilities, assets, investments and revenue targets.
• Generate new‑to‑bank customers through networking, referrals, corporate engagements and community events.
• Deepen existing relationships by increasing share of wallet with wealth, investment, protection and lending solutions.
• Provide advisory‑led financial solutions including deposits, mutual funds, structured investments, treasury/FX, insurance and other wealth offerings.
• Identify and generate lending opportunities such as mortgages and secured credit facilities.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, KYC, AML, suitability and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 + years experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, Private or Affluent Banking.
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing high‑net‑worth customers with strong new‑to‑bank acquisition capabilities.
• Experience in advisory‑led sales of investment, wealth and liability products.
• Strong understanding of wealth management, lending, mortgage and investment solutions.
• Excellent networking, relationship‑building and communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
