Relationship Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our real‑estate development team in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on selling off‑plan properties to local and international investors while building long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's real‑estate projects to local and international investors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct property presentations, consultations, and project demonstrations.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and investment opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience from inquiry through handover.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience directly for a real‑estate developer.
• Proven ability to work with international clients and investors of various nationalities.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑management and customer‑service skills.
• Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
