Relationship Manager

About the role

The Relationship Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients and investors, guiding them through the sales journey and ensuring a seamless experience. This role is based in Dubai and focuses on MERAKI GROUP’s real‑estate projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Handle client inquiries, follow‑ups and provide timely assistance throughout the sales process.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real‑estate projects and investment opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales and internal teams to ensure smooth client service.
• Assist clients with property information, documentation and transaction‑related queries.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow‑ups.
• Achieve assigned sales and client‑relationship targets.
• Stay updated on company projects, market trends and real‑estate developments in Dubai.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience with a UAE real‑estate developer.
• Excellent English communication skills and fluency in English plus one additional language (Chinese/Mandarin, Kurdish, Italian, Malayalam or Arabic).
• Strong client‑relationship, communication, follow‑up and negotiation abilities.
• Real‑estate sales or client‑management experience preferred.
• Female candidates preferred; immediate joiners preferred.
• Must be based in Dubai.
