Relationship Manager

About the role

Tammwil is looking for a Relationship Manager with UAE banking experience and a strong professional network to support its capital advisory and financing business. The role focuses on identifying new financing opportunities and managing client relationships throughout the transaction process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and introduce new clients seeking financing using established relationships with business owners, developers and corporate decision‑makers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, private credit providers and institutional investors.
• Understand client financing requirements and collaborate with Tammwil’s advisory team to propose suitable capital solutions.
• Maintain client relationships and support coordination throughout the financing process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years (preferably 3+) of relevant banking experience in corporate or business banking or relationship management.
• UAE banking experience is essential.
• Extensive, active network of banking contacts and prospective clients.
