Relationship Manager – Priority Banking (Dubai)

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking a Relationship Manager for its Priority Banking segment in Dubai. You will be responsible for acquiring new high‑net‑worth clients, deepening existing relationships, and driving revenue across assets, liabilities, investments and insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Priority Banking customers, managing the full relationship lifecycle.
• Identify and acquire new clients while expanding the wallet share of existing accounts.
• Collaborate with product specialists to deliver tailored banking solutions.
• Cross‑sell banking, wealth and insurance products and promote new services.
• Maintain strict compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations, AML policies and KYC requirements.
• Document client interactions, assess risk tolerance and report any suspicious activity.
• Monitor client satisfaction, stay informed on market trends and contribute to team objectives.
• Proactively pursue personal development and communicate training needs.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in financial services or banking.
• Experience across retail banking and wealth management.
• Native proficiency in French or Chinese.
