About the role
The Relationship Manager – Small Business Finance is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with SBF clients, ensuring their banking needs are met. The role involves regular planned meetings to strengthen relationships, identify cross‑selling opportunities and improve overall service quality.
Required profile
- Good knowledge of ADIB’s Business Banking products & services
- Experience of credit analyses
- Good knowledge of ADIB’s Operational Policies & Procedures
- Knowledge of Business Relationship Management
- Fair knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks
- Good knowledge of Anti‑Money Laundering regulations issued by the UAE Central Bank and other authorities
