Relationship Manager – Wealth Management

About the role

This position is aimed at an experienced private banking professional who will manage and expand a portfolio of affluent and high‑net‑worth clients within a leading international financial institution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Priority Banking clients through proactive relationship management and advisory services.
• Conduct detailed financial reviews, understand client goals and recommend tailored wealth solutions.
• Provide market insights, investment updates and bespoke wealth‑management products.
• Drive new‑to‑bank client acquisition via referrals, networking and business‑development activities.
• Achieve individual revenue, sales and asset‑growth targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with investment, treasury and insurance specialists to deliver holistic solutions.
• Organise and participate in client engagement events, seminars and networking activities.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, internal policy and anti‑money‑laundering standards.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in Priority Banking, Private Banking or Wealth Management relationship roles.
• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
• Relevant regulatory certifications such as CMFAS or equivalent.
• Proven track record managing affluent or high‑net‑worth client portfolios and delivering strong revenue performance.
• Experience advising on investment, wealth‑management and financial‑planning solutions.
• Strong client acquisition and business‑development capabilities.
• Experience serving international client segments.
• Excellent relationship, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Solid understanding of regulatory, risk and compliance requirements in wealth management.
