Relationship Officer (Multi‑products) – Dubai/Abu Dhabi

About the role

This full‑time on‑site position is for a Relationship Officer based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will promote credit card and personal finance products, handle customer inquiries and deliver high‑quality service while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Meet potential customers to assess their financial needs, income, expenses and credit history.
• Evaluate creditworthiness and match clients with suitable banking products.
• Generate new business and meet sales targets through relationships with customers, companies and referral sources.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and applications.
• Stay updated on market trends, interest rates and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in credit‑card sales or financial services in the UAE or home country.
• In‑depth understanding of retail banking products and UAE market dynamics.
• Strong selling and negotiation abilities to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for clear explanation of financial information.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or a related field.
