Relationship Officer – Payroll & Sales (Outsource)

About the role

The Relationship Officer will develop strong relationships with key contacts in targeted sectors to source payroll‑salaried accounts and cross‑sell ADIB products such as Covered Cards and Personal Finance solutions. The role focuses on achieving monthly targets while ensuring compliance with ADIB policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Source payroll accounts from targeted government entities, multinationals, large and medium corporates, and free‑zone establishments, meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
• Cross‑sell Covered Cards and Personal Finance products to the same client base, achieving assigned sales goals.
• Conduct marketing, kiosk and onboarding sessions with employers to promote ADIB products and services.
• Prepare and review Standard Credit Applications, verify documentation, and ensure timely processing and activation of accounts.
• Maintain confidentiality, adhere to office timings, and follow ADIB’s product policies and procedures.
• Escalate customer complaints and any processing delays to management promptly.

Required profile

• Experience in multi‑product sales, payroll or employee banking.
• Good knowledge of retail banking service standards, sales techniques and basic computer skills.
• Awareness of local and regional competitors in the banking market.
• Valid driving license.
