Relationship Officer – SME & Corporate Banking

About the role

CREDON CAPITAL FINANCING BROKER LLC is a growing business finance company serving SMEs and corporate clients across the UAE. The Relationship Officer will support business development and client relationship management, helping owners understand funding needs and connecting them with suitable financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage SME and corporate prospects through professional business development activities.
• Understand client business models, funding requirements, financial objectives and eligibility considerations.
• Present suitable financing options clearly and coordinate information gathering for application assessment.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, lenders and internal stakeholders throughout the process.
• Build and manage a structured pipeline using accurate records.

Required profile

• Experience in SME banking, corporate banking, commercial finance, business lending or financial services relationship management.
• Strong understanding of business financing requirements, credit documentation, lending processes and client qualification.
• Ability to prospect, generate referrals, conduct consultative meetings and convert qualified business opportunities.
• Confident communication and presentation skills with business owners, finance managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical ability to understand financial information, business performance and funding suitability.
• Excellent follow‑up, negotiation, pipeline management and record‑keeping skills.
• Professional judgment, integrity, confidentiality and a customer‑focused approach.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and structured reporting.
