Relationship Officer – uBank (Retail Banking)

About the role

Join the Retail Banking Group of ADCB as a Relationship Officer for uBank, supporting retail and micro‑business customers through a full suite of conventional and Shari’ah‑compliant banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions, execute banking transactions and promote uBank solutions to enhance satisfaction and drive growth.
• Identify new sales leads, cross‑sell, upsell and retain customers to increase market share and wallet share.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk and ensure operational integrity.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate to relevant teams for timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on interactions and transactions for performance tracking.
• Follow organisational standards and service standards to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
• Manage personal performance in line with the bank’s people management policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or a customer‑service role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Willingness to work in mall or shift branches with two possible shifts (morning 9:45 AM‑4:00 PM or evening 3:45 PM‑10:00 PM).
• Availability to work 7 days a week (including Sunday) with one day off per week.
• Excellent English communication skills.
