About the role
We are looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented Administrative Professional to join our remote operations team. This entry‑level position supports administrative functions across the MENA region, helping to keep records, trackers, and workflows accurate and up‑to‑date.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and internal databases (Google Sheets / Excel) ensuring data accuracy and consistent formatting.
- Standardize records, resolve duplicates, and flag incomplete information for follow‑up.
- Review, categorize, and route incoming administrative requests, tracking progress from assignment to completion.
- Update operational trackers, record daily activities, and prepare concise progress summaries.
- Assist with calendar updates, deadline reminders, and onboarding checklist tracking.
- Review work for accuracy and compliance, maintain consistent file structures, and support SOP updates.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidate with strong attention to detail and accountability.
- Excellent written communication and ability to follow structured processes.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, structured environment.
