Remote Customer Service Representative Admin

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Representative to join our growing remote team. As the first point of contact, you will deliver exceptional service across phone, email and live chat while supporting administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate product, billing and policy information.
• Identify and resolve issues efficiently; escalate complex cases when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Build lasting relationships through courteous communication and share feedback to improve services.
• Utilize CRM and support platforms to manage interactions and keep internal knowledge bases up to date.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional, dependable and detail‑oriented mindset.
