About the role

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing support team. In this fully remote position you will interact with customers via email, chat, and phone, providing accurate information and a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (email, chat, phone).
• Provide product, service, and policy information in a professional manner.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and guide customers through simple solutions.
• Handle complaints respectfully and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests while keeping records up to date.
• Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and share feedback to improve support.

Required profile
