About the role
PulseMediaNL is looking for a highly organized Remote Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support to its leadership team. Working fully remotely, you will ensure smooth day‑to‑day executive operations in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Handle email correspondence, scheduling and communication on behalf of leadership.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas and business documents.
- Serve as primary point of contact between executives, employees and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate virtual meetings, company events and conferences.
- Track deadlines, action items and executive deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records, files and confidential documentation.
- Support process improvements and workflow organization.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in executive support or administrative assistance.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proactive, dependable and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business administration is a plus.
