Remote Part-Time Therapist (Digital Platform)

About the role

MantraCare Wellness is seeking a part‑time, remote Therapist to deliver evidence‑based mental health and chronic‑care support through its AI‑driven digital platform. You will work independently with clients, leveraging technology to enhance assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions and provide evidence‑based interventions.
• Complete timely psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the AI‑supported system to review client insights, adjust care plans, and coordinate escalations.
• Participate in case consultations and contribute to care protocol development.
• Provide feedback to improve digital tools and resources.

Required profile

• Relevant clinical license or certification (psychologist, counselor, social worker, or therapist) and an accredited degree in a related field.
• Experience with cognitive‑behavioral therapy, solution‑focused therapy, or other recognized modalities.
• Strong written documentation and culturally sensitive communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving digital workflows.
• Preferable prior telehealth experience and familiarity with chronic‑care or employer‑based programs.
