Remote Property Manager – AI Training Expert

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to train its newest language model on professional real‑estate, hospitality, and event‑production documents. As a remote Property Manager expert, you will work flexible hours to create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks that support core workflows such as property listings, lease abstracts, venue proposals, event schedules, banquet orders, and guest‑experience standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated property listing packages, lease abstract summaries, and venue sourcing proposals.
• Develop and review event run‑of‑show schedules, banquet event orders, and guest experience service standards for AI training.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in real‑estate transactions, hospitality operations, or event production.
• Hands‑on command of the core workflows listed above and ability to produce high‑quality documentation.

Required skills

• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise formatting guidelines.
