Remote Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Hello Chef is expanding rapidly and needs a dedicated remote Recruiter to source and engage top talent across its new brands. You will work closely with the CEO and hiring managers to deliver high‑quality shortlists and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Screen 400–500 CVs weekly and conduct 15–20 structured video interviews.
• Apply objective role scorecards, record detailed notes in BambooHR, and keep candidate pipelines up‑to‑date.
• Deliver 5–8 qualified shortlisted candidates per role within 2–3 weeks.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates and hiring managers, responding within 24 hours.
• Provide daily summary reports on screening activity, interview outcomes, and any blockers.

• Strong execution focus – works quickly and accurately without supervision.
• Structured judgment – uses scorecards and evidence‑based notes to assess candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication – keeps all parties informed and confident.
• Highly organized – maintains clean, error‑free records in BambooHR.
• Professionalism – represents Hello Chef’s brand values in every interaction.
