About the role
The Research Manager will help build and lead the new Insights & Analytics function for CAA Brand Consulting in Abu Dhabi, supporting both domestic and international clients in the sports and entertainment sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Provide partnership strategy and evaluation consultancy, applying data insights to assess partnership opportunities.
- Generate activation planning insights for campaign strategy and channel planning.
- Design, implement and manage measurement and evaluation frameworks for client projects.
- Identify and convert growth opportunities with existing clients and source new Middle‑East business development leads.
Required profile
- Significant experience in a data/analytical role at an agency, consultancy, brand or rights holder in sports or media.
- Experience working in the Middle East or with Middle‑Eastern clients.
- Strong data literacy and ability to translate multiple data sources into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent English; Arabic highly desirable.
