Reservation Agent

About the role

We are looking for a professional, customer‑focused Reservation Agent to join our hotel reservations team in Abu Dhabi. You will handle guest inquiries and bookings across multiple channels, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience while supporting our revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage room reservation inquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellations via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, packages, and hotel facilities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date guest and reservation records in the Property Management System.
• Respond promptly and courteously to all reservation requests.
• Upsell room categories, packages, and additional services to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Follow hotel reservation policies and meet targets for occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office, Reservations, or Sales, preferably within hospitality.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional telephone etiquette and strong written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera PMS).
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
